These true first editions were originally published by the specialty publisher,
Donald M. Grant, primarily in the following 3 states ( not including the extra versions of the editions):

- Signed Artist Edition
- Signed Limited Edition (signed by the author & artist)
Many of these editions have now become increasingly scarce. The scarcity is created because each volume is signed by Stephen King, in the lowest limitation and highest quality format possible.
